Admission Rules for Classes I to XII

General Guidelines

– Admissions are subject to availability of seats in each class.
– The school reserves the right to grant or refuse admission.
– Admission is granted strictly on merit and as per CBSE guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

– Class I: Completion of 6 years as on 31st March of the year of admission.
– Class II to IX: Passing certificate/report card from a recognized school; Transfer Certificate (TC)
required.
– Class X: Admission allowed only with CBSE Board’s approval in exceptional cases (e.g. transfer,
relocation).
– Class XI: Based on performance in Class X Board Exams and availability of subject combinations.
– Class XII: Only transfer cases from CBSE-affiliated schools; admission as per CBSE norms and
availability.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

– Copy of Birth Certificate (For Class I).
– Report card/Mark sheet of the previous class.
– Original Transfer Certificate (TC) duly countersigned (for Class II onwards).
– Migration Certificate (for students from other boards).
– Aadhar Card of student and parents.
– 2 recent passport-size photographs of student.
– Caste certificate (if applicable).
– Medical Fitness Certificate.

Additional Rules for Class XI Admission

– Admission to Science / Commerce / Humanities streams depends on:
– – Class X Board results (subject-wise criteria).
– – Aptitude and interest of the student.
– – Personal interview/counseling (if required).
– Subject change requests will be entertained only within 15 days of admission.

Additional Rules for Class XII Admission

– Admission is permitted only in transfer cases and must comply with CBSE norms.
– Subject combinations must match those in Class XI.
– Documents must include:
– – CBSE Registration Card from Class XI.
– – Report card of Class XI.
– – Attendance and conduct certificate from previous school.
– – Parental transfer letter (for transfer cases).

Admission Timeline

– Admission begins in the first week of April every year.
– Last date for admission in Class X & XII is as per CBSE schedule (usually July 15).
